Fox performed the Weber Clarinet Concertino with the Oyster Bay High School Wind Ensemble under the direction of Mr. He participated in the Juilliard pre-college program, and studied at the Cleveland Institute of Music with Franklin Cohen, the former principal clarinetist of the Cleveland Orchestra.
